This policy explains what personal data BrakorDetail processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
1. Controller
The controller is Adam BEZIOUNE, sole proprietorship trading under the name BrakorDetail, 230 Chemin du Pey de Gallin, 83170 Brignoles — brakordetail@gmail.com.
2. Data of our subscribers’ customers
The workshops that use BrakorDetail record in it the data of their own customers (contact details, vehicles, appointments, documents, inspection photos), including when you book online or view your customer portal. For this data, the workshop is the controller and BrakorDetail acts only as a processor, on its instructions. For any question or to exercise your rights, please contact the workshop concerned directly; BrakorDetail will help it answer you.

4. Recipients and processors
The data is never sold or rented. Only BrakorDetail and its providers have access to it, within the limits of their mission:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany — hosting, servers located in the European Union;
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France — sending of emails;
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, One Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland — card payment. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
The data is hosted in the European Union. Stripe may transfer some payment data to its parent company in the United States; this transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
The website only sets strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent:
- the session cookie (“__Host-brakodigital”), which keeps you signed in, protects forms and remembers the display theme and the chosen language; it is deleted when the browser is closed or when you sign out;
- the “bd_consent” cookie, which remembers your choice about audience measurement for 6 months, so as not to ask you again on every page.
No advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools are used. Audience measurement works without cookies and anonymously; you can nevertheless refuse it from the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page: after a refusal, your visits are no longer counted. The payment page, hosted by Stripe on checkout.stripe.com, uses its own cookies.
7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (Argon2id), two-factor authentication, role-based access, separation of data per company, a log of sensitive actions and daily backups protect your data.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death. If you have an account, you can download the data of your account at any time from My account › My personal data. To exercise your other rights, write to us at brakordetail@gmail.com, through the contact form or by post to the address above. We reply within one month; proof of identity may be requested if there is any doubt about your identity.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr.
